We are now located in Taroom but are still servicing our Wandoan customers.
 
Please book ahead as we are inceasingly busy.  We are nearly always booked 4 weeks in advanced so please think ahead to avoid disappointment.

What’s involved in a Home Kill?
1. AJ’s Outback Butchery, Andrea & Justin Beard come to your place with a coldroom on wheels
 
2. You have a beast either in the paddock or in the yards for us to kill
 
3. We shoot, skin, hang, quarter and place beast into our coldroom
 
4. The coldroom is taken back to your house where it is plugged into the power and left for a few days (*Note: this may vary for certain circumstances eg overnight)
 
5. We then come back and cut up the beast into the cuts you want.
 
6. You get to choice what is done to your meat and we offer most services that are available through a butcher shop.
 
7. The meat is sliced and put into small tubs ready for you to pack into bags and into your freezer.
 
8. Dog bones, bags, meat stickers to label bags, meat packing service and much more are available.
 
The meat is cut up the way you want, you can be as involved as you like, even watch how we make sausages, at the convenience of your front door.
