About UsNEW COLDROOM - COLDROOM ON TRUCK
We are a family owned and operated business servicing Wandoan, Taroom and surrounding areas, including Theodore.
Andrea & Justin Beard have been operating there mobile butcher business since 2005.
Our new large mobile coldroom has a chilling room and a butchering room to process the meat. This allows our customers the choice of getting more than 1 beast done at a time.
The smaller original coldroom is still fully functional and will be used for customers only wanting 1 beast killed.
AJ’s Outback Butchery, operator Justin Beard is a fully qualified butcher and slaughter man with at least 5 years experience.
AJ’s Outback Butchery is committed to providing a quality service that meets the needs of customers. Our quality system will be maintained by following AJ’s Outback Butchery Policies and Procedures manual, where Occupational Health and Safety procedures are in place in accordance with the Meat Act 1993 to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

$1.90kg + $120 Travel For 2 nights hang
$1.80kg + $120 For 2 Beasts or more done
$1.60kg + $120 Travel For Overnight hang
$1.60kg + $120 Travel For kill & cut up in own coldroom
$1.60kg + $60 Travel For Cut up only own coldroom
