Andrea & Justin Beard run a family owned and operated business from their local town of Taroom, but service a range of communities and towns, offering a mobile butcher service different to most other operations. We own and operate butcher standard machinery and equipment allowing us to produce a high quality of meat products which you would expect from a butcher shop. Justin Beard is also a qualified Butcher and Slaughter man and comes with many years experience and knowledge. His enthusiasm into butchering, you will discover means that he produces only the best. For example his rolled roasts are without the excessive fat, making them the traditional family favorite once again. We have many secret tricks to ensure that what you are eating is the best we can offer.  AJ's Outback Butchery are available to do kills during the week or weekends, can do over night kills to reduce travel & offer special rates for cut up only (for people with their own coldroom) and many more options. We offer competitive prices and a full range of options just like in a butcher shop only it is done in the comfort of your own home.
